The competition took place under a blue, sunny sky at first. Five rounds, with one discard, were flown. Five flyers entered including Nigel making a welcome return. The competition started promptly though consistent lift was hard to find, small bubbles being the order of the day. As the second round began a large band of cloud filled the sky staying there until the last round began and of course made thermal lift hard to find. Picking up bonus landing points was crucial and almost everyone rose to the task, even a few aerobatic approaches were observed. In the last two rounds Paul managed to find a little wave lift to extend his flight times and take the win. Congratulations Paul
