The day dawned windy, grey and cold. A typical August summers day! We got off to a good start with the first round complete by 9.00am Flight times of four minutes plus were achieved though only one flyer managed to land on the spot. As the day went on our accuracy improved until most of us landed on the spot at will. The weather didn’t hold us back and we only paused for one shower of rain. Clear skies followed and we enjoyed the rest of the competition with good lift in places. Keith ran out the clear winner.
